2.5 miles west of junction with Forest Road 90 and the Lewis River trail.
Trail is in good condition with the exception of a major slide approximately 2.5 miles west of junction with Forest Road 90 and the Lewis River trail. The slide is 75 feet across and 50 feet deep with loose material and trees. Very unstable. Follow pink flagging for 250 feet around slide area and back to trail.
Trail is currently being worked on by the Northwest Service Academy trail crew.
